How do I maintain my hair extensions/wigs?

Use a wide-tooth comb and avoid sleeping in them without a satin bonnet. Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and air dry.

In England, there's a small city called York which was named after New York. Why wasn't London, the largest city in England, named after New York? Why York?
